Refund Policy

Effective: 18 June 2025
Ringly.io offers a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate our AI phone agent platform before entering a paid subscription. We operate with full transparency and provide clear controls for managing your plan. Once your account converts to a paid subscription, all charges are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds on Paid Subscriptions
We do not issue refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for:
- Monthly subscription fees
- Add-ons (e.g. phone numbers at $5/month, knowledge bases at $9/month)
- Overage charges for minutes used beyond your plan allowance
- Unused features or time remaining after cancellation
- Partial months of usage or downgrades

2. Why We Don’t Offer Refunds
Our platform activates instantly, allocating infrastructure, phone numbers, and capacity that incur non-reversible costs. You have full access to cancel or adjust your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription. We do not provide post-charge flexibility as this would compromise platform reliability and pricing integrity.

3. Add-Ons and Metered Usage
Additional services such as extra phone numbers or knowledge bases are billed monthly and are non-refundable once activated.

If you exceed your plan’s minute limit, metered overages are calculated using Stripe’s usage tracking and applied to your next invoice. These charges are final and based on actual recorded usage.

4. Trial Period Terms
Your 14-day free trial begins when you add a payment method and click “Start trial.” If you do not cancel before Day 14, your selected plan will auto-convert into a paid subscription. Cancellation during the trial ends your access immediately and prevents billing. You are responsible for monitoring your own trial period.

5. Dispute Policy
Any chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of your account, including call handling, number access, and agent functionality. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks with full documentation of:
- Your agreement to the Terms of Service
- Trial start and end timestamps
- Usage activity and call records
- Prior access to cancellation tools

6. If You Believe You Were Charged in Error
If you suspect a billing mistake (e.g., duplicate charge, incorrect overage amount), contact info@ringly.io within 3 business days of the charge. We will investigate and correct any confirmed errors promptly. We do not issue refunds for goodwill, user error, or unmonitored trials.

This policy is binding and forms part of your Terms of Service agreement. By using Ringly.io, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
