On March 19, 2025, Intercom increased its AI tool by launching Fin Voice, an AI-powered phone support system designed to handle real-time voice interactions with customers.

We've personally attended the demo of Fin Voice, but it didn't seem too innovative compared with already existing AI phone agents like those of Ringly.io.

Features of Fin Voice:

How it went when I tried setting up Ringly:

After I installed the Shopify app, the only thing I had to do was to upload my data to the knowledge base. (website was uploaded automatically)
